Thank you for helping to raise the profile of ALS. My dad was diagnosed with it early in 1988 and was gone in a short 18 months. How much different his life would have been with the current equipment and technology.
One of the things I had reinforced during his illness, was the difficulty with conventional clothing. I am now working teach clothing Designers how to design more user-friendly (yet still stylish and professional) clothing, and to create a network to bring designers and Individuals with disabilities together. I would be pleased to share more information about this work with you.
